Bolo de chocolate à Mercotte

INGREDIENTES:
- 3 ovos
- 50 g de mel líquido
- 80 g de açúcar
- 50 g de amêndoa ralada
- 10 cl de natas
- 80 g de farinha para bolos com fermento
- 3 colheres (sopa) de cacau em pó
- 50 g de manteiga derretida
- 2 colheres (sopa) de rum
- 30 g de chocolate preto em barra para culinária
PREPARAÇÃO:
Corte o chocolate em pedaços e leve-o a derreter em banho-maria. Reserve.Misture a farinha com o cacau em pó. Reserve.Bata os ovos juntamente com o mel e o açúcar. Adicione a amêndoa ralada e a mistura de farinha com cacau. Acrescente as natas e a manteiga derretida. Misture muito bem.Junte o rum e o chocolate derretido. Misture de novo e despeje a massa numa forma de bolo Inglês untada e polvilhada. Leve a cozer no forno por 45-50 minutos, a 160º C.
