Tarte de Feijão
INGREDIENTES:
MASSA
- 250 g de farinha
- 75 g de açúcar
- 100 g de manteiga
- 1 colher (café) de fermento em pó
- 1 ovo
- Raspa de 1 limão
RECHEIO 
- 8 gemas
- 250 g de açúcar
- 250 g de feijão branco
- 1 colher (chá) de canela em pó
PREPARAÇÃO:
Misture a farinha, o açúcar, a manteiga, a raspa de limão, o fermento e o ovo e leve ao frigorífico, até endurecer.
Estenda a massa, utilizando o rolo, e forre uma tarteira, previamente untada com manteiga.
Misture o açúcar, as gemas, o feijão (sem pele) e a canela em pó. Utilize a varinha para obter um mistura homogénea. Verta este preparado sobre a massa e leve ao forno (170ºC) durante 30 minutos.
