Torta Recheada com Compota de Morango
INGREDIENTES:
- 4 ovos
- 150 g de açúcar
- 1 colher (café) de fermento
- 100 g de farinha
- 1 pitada de sal
- Compota de morango
PREPARAÇÃO:
Bata as gemas com o açúcar até a mistura 
ficar esbranquiçada. Pouco a pouco, junte o fermento e a farinha a este preparado, mexendo sempre. Deite uma pitada de sal na tigela das claras e bata-as em castelo bem firme. Junte as claras ao preparado das gemas. Unte bem um tabuleiro com manteiga com 35 X 25 cm, forre-o com papel vegetal e volte a untar. Coloque a massa no tabuleiro, leve a cozer, cerca de 8 minutos, em forno a 190º C. Verifique se a massa está cozida antes de a retirar do forno e descole-a a toda a volta. Desenforme-a sobre uma folha de papel vegetal, previamente polvilhada com açúcar, e, com cuidado, descole o papel vegetal. Barre com a compota de morango, enrole a torta e deixe arrefecer.
